- KD11 Steel grade of NIPPON manufacturer according to JIS Japanese standards.

2. DC11 steel characteristics

Specification (size) of DC11 steel according to manufacturer standards:

- Thickness: 16, 20, 23, 26, 28, 30, 33, 36 (mm);

- Width: up to 410 mm;

- Length: 5000 mm.

The hardness of DC11 steel after heat treatment is from 60 HRC - 62 HRC. In particular, after heat treatment, it is still possible to process and cut the wire.

DC11 steel mechanical: High wear resistance, good tempering, stress is the lowest.

DC11 steel has the following basic chemical components:

- Carbon content accounts for about 1.47% - 1.49%;

- Silicon content accounts for about 0.3% - 0.31%;

- Manganese content accounts for about 0.33% - 0.38%;

- Phosphorus content accounts for about 0.019% - 0.026%;

- Chromium content accounts for about 11.53% - 11.67%;

- Molybdenum content accounts for about 0.81% - 0.84%;

- Vanadium content accounts for about 0.21%;

- Copper content 0.1% - 0.11%;
